Jeff Melodia says

"Absolutely terrible customer service. They refuse to communicate with you once you commit to service leaving you literally in the dark. If you want to move you are screwed, SCE will refuse to transfer service and will punish you for using Arcadia. I wish I would of known how hurtful signing up with Arcadia would be. Paying it forward. Too late for me."

James Ventry says

"Please do not use Arcadia Power. They basically refuse to switch you back to your original provider and to cancel service it takes a minimum of 3 months! I moved to another state in January, canceled my service in February and here we are on May 20th and I they just stole another 90 dollars from my bank account. Absolutely insane."

Michael Saya says

"Scam!!!!! I switch to them and yet I'm still being billed by my prior electric company. Cancelling service and will not recommend to anyone to do business with them!!!!!"

Diane Hawn says

"This company is a complete rip-off !! They claim that they can save you a lot of money, but in comparing their kilowatt-per-hour charge to National Grid, they are about 3-4 cents per kwh higher for electric supply. In 1.5 years, I have paid Arcadia $200-$250 more than I would have paid National Grid. National Grid is controlled by the government, supply wise - they can only charge what the government allows. Arcadia charges 5.51 cents per kwh, every month, no government control. Also - their billing is horrible! No transparency at all, and very confusing. And no call back from a supervisor ! Avoid this company !!"
